Banner creating competition

As the title says i am going to hold a banner creating competition for all the members. The reason for this is because amon-ra from TEL has asked me to make him a banner because he would make us a board or something on TEL forum if the alliance gets the green light.
So, i'll be looking for the best or one good enough to be used

Lol thats nice though it needs to be a signature type of banner, but that could be downsized
