New AAT Ranking system
I have been looking at the AAT roster and also i have been thinking about shock's idea for new AAT ranks.. It is a quick decision and i should think that most would agree with this but if not then we can talk about it and agree on something.
The levels would go as follows:
Head of team (max 2)
Co head / Acting HOT (max 3)
-----
Team Officers (max 5)
Team recruiters (max 6)
Team members (unlimited)
As well as the AAT there could be a side division like AHD (anti hacker division), which will go with the anti hacker level.
Nobody really can join AAT until they reach the level of co owner so when they are at that level they have a better understanding about what to do plus they have responsibility as an admin. Co owners can either apply to join or they can be recruited, if they apply to join then from the 1/11/2010 all new applicants will be given a date where they will be trained (usually on weekends). Training will last about an 30 mins depending on how many applicants there are then it may take up to about an hour, all applicants will be up against higher admins which maybe in disguise so this means they will not be wearing tags or wearing tags but using a different name and the training will be to test your skills in being an admin.
These higher admins which will be disguised will have authorization from the overlords or from the HOA (head(s) of AAT) to break the rules for training purposes.
